Apex Electrical & Building Materials was promoted on May 17, 2010 as a local company with a capital of RO 51,000/-. Subsequently converted to a local grade one LLC company with an increased capital base of Rs. 150,000/- in May 2011. After that, the company is converted to an LLC with 70% foreign participation. • All types of Nuts, bolts and screws.

• Fabrication steels like M.S. Angle, MS flat bars, MS Sheets.

• Safety items like gloves, coveralls, helmets, Safety belts, goggles.

• Paints and painting materials.

Since all our materials are coming directly from overseas manufacturers, we have an advantage in terms of margin compared to other traders who bring materials from Dubai suppliers. Also, after a year of marketing performance, most of our suppliers have promised to make an agency agreement for a sole distributor in the Oman market. This will create a sort of monopoly for that particular range of products. We are also in the negotiating stage for some of our European-manufactured products, which already have PDO and MOD approval. Once that is finalized, it will open a bigger horizon for our line of business. Also, looking at the progressive outlook of the Oman economy and the projects coming in the fields of infrastructure, the overall scenario is very encouraging for our products.
